Biztrak MSB (medium and small businesses) has been developed with an eye towards ever expanding capabilities, and bringing features that were previously found only in large-scale enterprise solutions to the small and medium enterprises (SME) sector.

Business Intelligence
BizInt is a business intelligence tool utilising Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and pre-configured OLAP cubes. OLAP is a technique that enables a user to easily and selectively extract data from a multidimensinal cube, then present and view that data from different points of view.
In Biztrak MSB, BizInt is an integral part of the standard package that enables the user to navigate and analyse business information in any way they want. Currently the software comes with three pre-configured OLAP cubes for:

Analysis Code
Up to 9 levels of analysis provided on top of the multi-level COA. Makes it easy for users to allocate expenses, etc to divisions, departments or any classifications. User can preset any combinations of analysis codes to achieve 3-dimensional analysis.
System Manager and Security
Extensive security system allowing control of access by company, function, module, screen and even specific tasks like add/delete/email/print. Add passwords where applicable if you like. There's also access log and user-defined auto log-out.
You can choose to lock all transactions, specific transactions or a range of transactions with specific dates to prevent them from being accidentally modified, deleted or tampered with.
Graphical Reporting
Drill down from graphical and non-graphical reports to an individual transaction - just point and click.
BizInt Wizard
Get vital business information from BizInt Wizard, Online Business Intelligence using Seagate's OLAP tool. Drag and drop any dimension or drill down to the lowest level field to get needed information.
Customizer and User-Defined Fields
Use Customizer to customize the look and feel of heavy-input screens like invoices, sales orders, etc. Add up to nine extra fields and labels if necessary. The same fields can also be added to the query screen to enable later search function. You can subsequently include all the custom fields to the listings and business forms.
Layout Designer
Customize any reports, listings or business forms the way you want the layout to appear. Feel free to move/add/delete/resize columns; modify texts, fonts, colors, etc. You can also add your own logo.
Supports multiple report, listing or business form formats for those who want to use different layout formats for different purposes. Simply customize the format, save as template and load the required format whenever you need. You can even customize different sets of forms and document number to different groups of customers.
The Layout Designer now comes with the flexibility to change or add report groupings for any report, listings or business forms.
e-Bridge
Biztrak state-of-the-art open architecture design allows your software to read the data from Biztrak software to read the data from Biztrak database, and data from your software can be posted to Biztrak e-Bridge, a free tool provided by Biztrak, offers convenient ways to import and export data.
Virtual Close
Run the Income Statement, Balance Sheet or any reports for any range of dates anytime without the need for a period-end closing exercise. Biztrak's real-time online system is programmed to update all releant books by single point entry.
Flexible Chart of Accounts
Change your accoutn codes, descriptions and linkages freely, without worrying about the impact on existing transactions. Biztrak "New Technology" relational database design eliminates the need for segmented accounted codes.
Sales Order Input Screen
The new "Outstanding" button and "Status/Category" fields added to the Sales Order input screen enable users to keep track of outstanding customer needs.
Changing Fixed Asset Depreciation Rates
Biztrak MSB offers the capability to change fixed asset depreciation rates to reflect the most recent assessment of the useful lives of the assets.
Ratio Analysis
Form your own personalized ratios by using our user-defined formulae setup. Run the report anytime between any range of dates and you'll be amazed with how handy it is to discover any peculiarity in your company's financial performance.
Restructurable Chart of Accounts
Restructure your Chart of Accounts at any time to reflect dynamic business requirements without the need to delete or reenter existing transactions.
Unlimited Fiscal Periods
Run the P&L and Balance Sheet anytime, for any range of dates. Store as many years of transactions as you want. The system allows user-definable unlimited accounting periods.
User Defined Fields
You can set up User Defined Field Formats with this feature. Different formats can be assigned to different Item Categories to meet different kinds of requirements.
User Defined Fields formats can be used in Sales Quotation/Contract, Sales Order, Delivery Notes, Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Goods Received Notes, Vendor Invoice, Item Issued and Item Received programs.
Enhanced Find Function
The Find function has been enhanced with additional filtering criteria in retrieving and displaying records from the database including:

Stock Take
The new Stock Take program enables users to check the available stock balance in system and compare that against the actual physical stock balance of a particular warehouse.
Batch Tracking
This function allows the user to track inventory items by batch. With this feature, users can keep track of Batch Numbers, Expiry Dates and Batch Item costs.
Option to Lock Transaction Documents
Option locks all or selected financial transactions, inventory documents, sales order, sale quotations and purchase orders to prevent any modifications or deletions.
Online Wizard
Learn the software under step-by-step guidance from the on-board Biztrak Online Wizard and web-based support. Set your own pace and slash your learning curve with the "How Do I" instructions and "Getting To Know" information using advanced interactive training methods.
Item Inquiry
View information on Physical Quantity, Quantity on Hand, Quantity on Purchase Order, Quantity on New Sales Order and Quantity on Confirmed Sales Order when the Item Inquiry button is activated for any inventory transaction screen.
Profit Margin Analysis
Obtain profit margin analysis based on real time online information to assess profitability of selected items, even by invoice level.
Item Reorder List
Build your own reorder formula to ensure you never run out of stock. Reordering is made simple: just click the Post to PO button and email.
Audit Trail
Activate financial and inventory audit trail reports for added security. These reports keep track of all historical transactions or documents entered, or deleted in Biztrak MSB edition.
Extended Vendor Information
View record of the last purchased prices and lowest prices, last lead-time, last purchase date and lowest price date.
Customized Form Format
Drag and drop any P&L and Balance Sheet report column headings to create and customize your own report formats.
