Bizlnt Wizard, or Business Intelligence Wizard, utilizes Seagate’s Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) tool to analyze user’s business information stored in BIZTRAK’s database using various “dimensions” that have been defined. . It then rapidly displays the analyzed information in multi-dimensional views, delivering instant answers to all types of business questions.

With BizInt Wizard, users can obtain insightful information that enables business decisions that are more effective. The software is currently equipped with three preconfigured OLAP cubes for:

  • Sales Analysis
  • Purchase Analysis
  • Financial Analysis

 

BIZTRAK has a proven methodology to implement all our MSB software solutions. It ensuresthat the precise demands of each client are captured and implemented in an efficient and timely manner.

BIZTRAK employs a 10-stage implementation methodology as follows:

Phase 1 – Project Initiation

  • To confirm the project requirements in terms of time scale, scope and participants;
  • To agree on an implementation framework outlining the respective roles and responsibilities of BIZTRAK and clients;
  • Setting To set realistic expectations to ensure the success of the project

Phase 2 – Software Installation
  • To install and set-up of Biztrak MSB software into the client’s hardware platform.

Phase 3 – Project Team Training
  • To provide the Clients with the mechanics and features of the software and to explorethe scope of the systems.

Phase 4 – Business Requirement Mapping
  • To conduct Process Review and Business Process Analysis (BPA) will be conducted to allow compilation of information from various divisions;
  • To obtain the information will be obtained through direct interviews with current and future users and expand the results will be expanded into an accurate and complete set of user requirements and document filled into the Functional Requirement Document.

Phase 5 – System Build
  • To configure and deliver Biztrak MSB in accordance with the signed off Functional Requirement Document (FRD);
  • To develop the Interfaces will also be developed at this Phase, concurrently with Biztrak MSB configuration (as defined and agreed in the Functional Requirement Document);
  • At the end of this process, a skeleton system will be available for User Acceptance Test and End User Training.

Phase 6 – User Training
  • To introduce and educate users on the usage of Biztrak MSB which covers the scope and functionality of the system.

Phase 7 – User Acceptance Test
  • To ensure the delivered system to be is fully tested and signed off to client’s satisfaction.

Phase 8 – Data Migration
  • To ensure that all data from the existing system is properly converted and ready for migration to Biztrak MSB.

Phase 9 – Live Operation
  • A run a pre-defined live running phase will be run where careful monitoring of the system and its operation is undertaken.

Phase 10 – Post Implementation Review
  • To evaluate the achievement of the implementation by obtaining feedback and suggestions from the clients to appraise the ability of the system in meeting its specified objectives.
